Of all the major power tool brands, Milwaukee was the pioneer in heated gear powered by their power tool batteries and they regularly update their lineup and 2022 is no different as they are offering new heated gear this year. In this update, they added a new M12 heated TOUGHSHELL vest to sit alongside their M12 heated TOUGHSHELL jackets, all new M12 heated AXIS hoodie jackets and vests, and updated for 2022 M12 heated hoodies. They will be available in August 2022, just in time to meet the Fall/Winter seasons.
These next-generation jackets, vests and hoodies are powered heat technologies that use carbon fiber heating elements. Carbon fiber isnt just for exotic rides but its what makes the M12 heated gear warm up. Their heated gear has been around for years and is built to withstand harsh jobsite conditions. M12 TOUGHSHELL Vests and Jackets
Re-engineered materials were used to create the M12 heated TOUGHSHELL vest. They offer flexibility and mobility with 80% more stretch. The vest is 5x longer lasting than other heated gear. Milwaukee also says they heat up quickly with 3x faster heat and they use warm insulation and a DWR coated material that offers wind and water resistance to help protect against the elements. You can place your battery either in the front or back of the vest with the battery pass through design. The TOUGHSHELL vests have the same features as their TOUGHSHELL jacket counterparts. They are available in gray and in sizes S-XXXL.

M12 Heated AXIS Vests and Jackets
The M12 heated AXIS jackets and vests feature durable Ripstock polyester fabric with reinforced high wear zones for added durability in harsh environments and where a lot of abrasion is involved for lightweight durability. They are also 3x more heat up, and come in a variety styles, including a Men’s M12 heated AXIS jacket, a Women’s M12 heated AXIS jacket, or a M12 heated AXIS vest. Both sizes can be used in either the Mens or Womens version. All have the black color available and depending on the style, also come in blue or gray and sizes run in S-XXXL in Mens and S-XXL in Womens.

The fan-favorite M12 heated hoodies have been redesigned for 2022. They are available in both mens and womens sizes and are now more form-fitting. These are more casual options that offer warmth, comfort, and a more relaxed cotton/polyester fabric. They’re also great for warmer seasons such as Spring and Fall. For a comfortable free range of motion, Milwaukee used raglan sleeve construction along with a 4 way stretch fabric. It also has the 3x faster heat up time with multiple heat temperature settings. Mens sizes are S-XXXL and Womens sizes are S-XXL. Mens color offerings in black, gray, red, green, and high vis yellow while the Womens colors include black, gray, and blue.
